Chicken is always a winner for dinner! These 10 Easy Chicken Dinner Recipes are sure to please, and they’re all simple to make, taste delicious, and are fast enough for a weeknight meal!
What’s for dinner? It’s a question we have to answer every day, and probably more often than not, the answer is – yep, you guessed it – chicken. If you’re in a rut or bored with the same old same old and want some new chicken recipes to try, you’ve come to the right place!
Did you know that, for several years now, chicken has been the most popular meat consumed in the United States? Yep, it’s true.
Previously, beef held the top spot, but chicken consumption was on a steady rise, and in recent years, it has risen to the top.
And there’s lots of reasons why. First, it’s delicious! Just about all meat-eaters enjoy it (even picky eaters). It’s also relatively inexpensive, widely available, and many of us stock up (especially when it’s on sale) and have some in the freezer pretty much all the time.
Chicken is very versatile, and you can do so much with it. Enjoy it whole, in pieces, bone-in, boneless, skin-on, or skinless, white meat or dark meat. Fry it, sauté it, poach it, roast it, braise it, bake it, broil it, grill it, or smoke it.
The flavor is mild enough that you can easily pair it with many different spices or sauces. Put it in soups, stews, casseroles, pasta dishes, stir-fries, salads, on pizza, and so much more!
We all have our favorite go-to chicken recipes, but let’s face it. Sometimes we get stuck on repeat and need some new and different chicken dinner ideas. Am I right?
